Positive thinking is a mental and emotional attitude of expecting good to happen and not to disappoint when something bad happened. It simply means to be strong and stand up when life gets harder and look on the brighter and happier side of life. An individual with a positive mind set will encourage people and make them feel better. Positive thinking is not practiced by everyone, a lot of people struggling of depression and anxiety especially when they are bullied.

Bullying has different kinds but it has one objective, TO HURT PEOPLE. Us, who are bullied, have nothing to do with them, but we need to learn not to mind them and start to live with positivity going through our daily life. So here are some self-reminder to stay positive.
1. Stay disciplined — only good things will come of this. Routines build structure and structure allows you to create awesome things.
2. Stay passionate — remind yourself that you love and enjoy what you do. If you love it, then you are getting there.
3. Give yourself alone time — Get away from people, and get away from work. Allow yourself to dive into your favorite leisures and give yourself space to clear your mind.
4. Find your voice & speak up — you have a positive purpose and if you want to share it, know that your opinion matters as well.
5. There isn’t enough time — you can do it all. You just can’t do it all in one day just take your time and take rest if needed.
6. Meditate more — finding your center is so important. Whether it be through prayer, yoga, or a meditation app, allow for some time to get yourself together.
7. Keep the pressure on yourself light as a feather — You can only do what you can do, and good things really do take time. (Siacunco,2015).

In short, focus and love yourself more and don’t mind those who wants too much attention. You are always loved sweetie <3
